WHAT TO EXPECT 

I offer a safe space to walk a journey of self-discovery, learning the tools to live life from the Adult Chair. We will work through past hurts and present pains, navigating together whatever comes up for you, at a pace that is comfortable and feels right for you. You will experience personal growth towards balance and a new sense of empowerment. 

One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes long, in person (Wichita, KS) or online from the comfort of your own home.
